Landlords Face Rent Crisis As Pandemic Eviction Restrictions Get Rolled Back

Due to the pandemic, many Americans lost their jobs which was their main stream of income. Federal and state government provided unemployment benefits to those who were affected by COVID-19. They also passed measures to temporarily prohibit evictions.

These protections are being rolled back in certain states. Affordable housing is preparing for the worst with the assumption of mass evictions in the month of July. Although no one knows when COVID-19 will officially end, staying prepared for anything to happen is wise.
