Coronavirus distress could be the “opportunity of the century” for real estate investors

Covid-19 has caused an economic fallout that no one could have properly prepared for. Due to this pandemic, there is little industry happening. There have been a few distressed assets that have hit the market thus far. Investors expect a greater opportunity this time around than the last financial crisis that hit.

Although it will be difficult to realize profits while the prices remain at such a low price, investors are willing to the take the risks. Most Investors believe that their actions will help the market get back on its feet in the long run. For some, this is a time for them to risk buying before the market has fully bottomed out. Real estate investors sense an even greater buying experience since the last crisis in 2008.
