1. Consider temporarily alter their rules and regulations and modify operations to appropriately respond to Coronavirus.
2. Where a weekly cleaning would be sufficient, now a through daily cleaning would be more sufficient until this virus passes. Reports state that the virus can live on surfaces for 3 days. Being proactive to prevent the spread is the wisest thing to do.
3. Develop a coronavirus response plan is another proactive approach. Most HOA’s are required to hold a meeting annually. This year, video conference calls have been the best option to prevent the spread of this virus.
